Providers receive upfront credentialing support, calendar control, and client referrals, while Rula handles billing, claims, and insurance enrollment. Work remotely with dedicated support from the team and access to ongoing clinical development resources.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as LMFT, LICSW or LMHC.
• Valid NPI is required.
• Must be licensed in Washington.
• Must be able to provide telehealth.

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth sessions as a licensed clinician (LMHC/LMFT/LICSW).
• Maintain session notes and client records in the EHR.
• Assist with credentialing/enrollment and coordinate with Rula support for admin tasks.
