Brightside Health is seeking licensed Remote Mental Health Therapists to deliver high-quality telehealth services through our general mental health program.

As a 100% remote, 1099 contractor, you’ll build a flexible practice with strong clinical support, referrals, and access to free CEUs, malpractice coverage, and CAMS training. Minimum 9 hours per week across at least two days are required.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate in Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work
• Active independent license (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LPC, LCPC, LICSW, LISW, PsyD, PhD)
• 2+ years experience delivering CBT and other evidence-based therapies to adults
• Experience with telehealth or online therapy
• Comfortable treating diverse populations across behavioral health conditions
• Tech-comfortable and open to digital tools in care delivery
• Ability to commit to a minimum of 9 hours of availability per week across at least 2 days
• Experience with higher-acuity populations and/or adolescents preferred
• Multi-state licensure a strong plus

Responsabilités

• Deliver weekly telehealth (video-based) therapy sessions to individuals across a range of behavioral health conditions
• Apply evidence-based approaches including CBT and the Unified Protocol (UP); additional modalities such as ACT, DBT, and EMDR are welcomed
• Use measurement-based care to track progress via digital assessments
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and fellow therapists for integrated care
• Maintain documentation using our AI-enabled, HIPAA-compliant EMR
