Job summary

Thriveworks Counseling in Connecticut is seeking licensed clinicians to provide telehealth services to clients while pursuing state licensure. Candidates must hold LPCA approval, be seeking independent licensure, and reside in Connecticut.

We support a flexible schedule with a full caseload target and admin support, including credentialing, billing, scheduling, and training. Full-time benefits include health insurance, paid time off, student loan repayment assistance, and a 7-day-a-week

Qualifications

• Must be approved by the board as a LPCA
• Must be seeking independent licensure and living in Connecticut
• Graduate of an approved 60-credit hour program
• Experience in counseling depression/anxiety is required
• Experience diagnosing under supervision per DSM-5 is preferred
• Available for minimum 25 sessions with 30 hours of weekly availability
• Open to treating couples and children
• Proficient with telehealth and EHR tools
• Collaborative team player in a clinical community

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth counseling to clients
• Build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing
• Flexible scheduling with seven days a week availability from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET
• Handle or coordinate administrative support with credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing support
