Job summary

Rula is expanding its licensed clinician network in Washington. We connect LMFTs, LICSWs, and LMHCs with the flexibility to see clients via telehealth with complete scheduling autonomy.

Clinicians stay focused on delivering care while Rula handles insurance enrollment, billing, and EHR support. Compensation is $80 per hourly session (53 minutes) with guaranteed biweekly direct deposit and protections for no-shows and late cancellations.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as LMFT, LICSW or LMHC.
• Valid NPI required.
• Must be licensed in Washington and able to provide telehealth.

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth services to clients in Washington.
• Manage sessions with autonomy and flexible scheduling.
• Collaborate with Rula onboarding team for credentialing.
• Rula handles billing, claims, and EHR; clinicians focus on care.
• Maintain professional notes and patient confidentiality.
