Job summary

Rula is expanding its network of licensed behavioral health clinicians in Washington. Providers are 1099 contractors with calendar autonomy and no minimum caseloads, able to offer telehealth sessions and adjust availability at will.

compensation includes $80 per hourly session (53 minutes) with biweekly direct deposit and claims protection. You control how many clients you see, while Rula handles billing, EHR, and admin support to keep you focused on care.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as a LMFT, LICSW or LMHC
• Valid NPI
• Must be licensed in Washington
• Must be able to provide telehealth

Responsibilities

• Conduct LMHC/Licensed therapist sessions (53 minutes) via telehealth.
• Maintain notes and client records for each session.
• Coordinate with Rula for billing, claims, and EHR support.
