Job summary

Rula is expanding its network of licensed providers in Washington. This remote position requires LMFT/LICSW/LMHC licensure with NPI and telehealth capability. Providers set their own schedules and receive guaranteed pay biweekly, with billing handled by Rula.

Compensation is $80 per hourly session (53 minutes) for LMHCs, with additional support for credentialing, EHR access, and dedicated provider referrals to fill the calendar.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as LMFT, LICSW or LMHC.
• Valid NPI.
• Must be licensed in Washington.
• Must be able to provide telehealth.

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth LMHC sessions.
• Manage notes and session documentation.
• Coordinate with Rula to schedule clients and ensure timely referrals.
• Handle contract work as a 1099 provider and participate in credentialing.
