Job summary

Rula is expanding its network of licensed behavioral health clinicians in Washington and is seeking LMHC/LicSW/LMFT licensed professionals to join as 1099 contractors. You control your schedule and see clients via telehealth, with admin handled for billing, claims, and EHR.

Compensation is $80 per hourly session (53 minutes), with biweekly direct deposit and a no-show/late cancellation protection policy. In-person session incentives and flexible referrals support are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as LMFT, LICSW or LMHC (state of WA).
• Valid NPI number.
• Must be licensed to provide telehealth in WA.

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth LMHC sessions.
• Maintain client notes and documentation.
• Handle client referrals and coordination with admin for billing and claims.
