Job summary

Rula is seeking licensed therapists to join its telehealth network in Washington as independent contractors. Providers set their own schedule, deliver LMHC/LMFT/LICSW services remotely, and retain autonomy over client load, while Rula manages billing, insurance, and administrative tasks.

Minimum qualifications include active WA licensure, a valid NPI, and the ability to provide telehealth. 1099 contractor with biweekly direct deposit and ongoing credentialing support.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed LMFT, LICSW or LMHC.
• Valid NPI number.
• Licensed in Washington state for telehealth.
• Ability to provide telehealth sessions.

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth therapy sessions (individual, couples, or families).
• Complete session notes and documentation in the EHR.
• Collaborate with the Rula team for referrals and scheduling.
