Job summary

Rula is expanding its Washington network of licensed clinicians to deliver telehealth behavioral health care. Providers operate as 1099 contractors with full schedule autonomy and no minimum caseloads, while Rula handles billing, claims, EHR, and admin support.

You will conduct telehealth sessions with clients in Washington, maintain thorough notes, and coordinate with the admin team to ensure smooth reimbursement. Annual credentialing support helps you stay compliant and focused on client care.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
• Valid NPI
• Must be able to provide telehealth

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth therapy sessions to clients
• Maintain session notes in the EHR
• Coordinate with admin to ensure billing/claims are handled by Rula
