Job summary

MindCare Solutions is seeking a dedicated and compassionate PRN Telehealth Dermatologist to provide high-quality virtual dermatologic care to patients across diverse settings.

The role involves evaluating, diagnosing, and treating a broad range of skin conditions via telehealth, developing treatment plans, and prescribing medications as appropriate, while maintaining accurate EMR documentation and HIPAA compliance.

Qualifications

• Requires MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school and completion of an accredited Dermatology residency.
• Board certification or eligibility in Dermatology preferred; Colorado license preferred or able to obtain before start date.
• Active DEA registration and controlled substance certification, if applicable; telehealth practice compliance.
• Minimum of 1 year dermatology experience; telehealth experience preferred.
• Strong diagnostic, clinical, and communication skills; ability to work independently and collaborate with teams.
• Proficiency with EMR systems and telehealth platforms; maintain HIPAA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat dermatologic conditions via telehealth, including acne, eczema, rosacea, infections, rashes, hair/scalp, and nails.
• Develop treatment plans and prescribe medications per evidence-based practice and state regulations.
• Document encounters accurately in the EMR; ensure timely follow-up and care coordination.
• Educate patients on skin health, treatment options, medication usage, and follow-up care.
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure continuity and quality of care.
• Maintain licensure/credentialing requirements for telehealth; comply with HIPAA and telehealth regulations.
