Rula is expanding its network of licensed behavioral health clinicians in Washington. We hire 1099 contractors who enjoy schedule autonomy and no minimum caseloads, with billing handled by us. The LMHC role offers $80 per hourly session (53 minutes) and biweekly direct deposit with payment protection for no-shows and cancellations.

Providers must be licensed (LMFT, LICSW, or LMHC), have an active NPI, and be able to deliver telehealth. Washington licensure is required for eligibility.
