Job summary

Rula is expanding its network of licensed clinicians to provide telehealth behavioral health services in Washington. LMHCs earn $80 per 53-minute session with biweekly direct deposit and payment protection for no-shows and denied claims.

Providers choose their hours, control availability, and receive referrals and admin support from Rula. As a contractor, you’ll manage sessions, notes, billing, and claims while enjoying dedicated support and ongoing clinical development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed LMFT, LICSW, or LMHC.
• Valid NPI and Washington licensure.
• Ability to provide telehealth.
• No minimum caseload; schedule autonomy.

Responsibilities

• Provide LMHC services via telehealth to clients.
• Complete notes and documentation in the EHR.
• Coordinate insurance enrollment and claims where needed.
• Maintain professional boundaries and meet ethical standards.
