MindCare Solutions Group, Inc. is building a Tele-Rheumatology program that brings board-certified rheumatologists to hospitals nationwide on a PRN schedule.

The role supports Acute Care partners with 24/7 access via our telehealth platform and Care Navigation Hub, delivering timely rheumatology expertise. The ideal candidate will be board-certified in Rheumatology, hold an active medical license, and be skilled in evaluating inflammatory and autoimmune diseases, initiating biologic therapies,

Qualifications

Board-certified in Rheumatology (ABIM or equivalent) with current licensure.
Experience in telehealth care delivery and hospital-based rheumatology.
Strong communication and collaboration with hospital teams.

Responsibilities

Evaluate and manage inflammatory arthritis and autoimmune conditions.
Workup autoimmune diseases and monitor biologic therapies.
Manage inpatient flares and coordinate discharge planning.
Provide care across inpatient, ED, and outpatient settings.
Communicate recommendations via the facility EMR with timely follow-up.
