Job summary

Aon Corporation in the United States is seeking a Technology Risk & Governance Analyst to drive enterprise governance processes and improve data quality across digital assets. The role coordinates cross-functional reviews and supports risk and compliance activities throughout the organization.

You will partner with Technology, Privacy, Cybersecurity, Marketing, and Business partners to support governance reviews, track actions, and develop dashboards and recurring risk reporting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of governance, compliance, risk management, project coordination, or related fields.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives and driving activities to completion.
• Familiarity with website technologies, DNS, CMS, and digital asset inventories.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate website governance intake requests and guide submissions through governance workflows.
• Partner with Technology, Privacy, Cybersecurity, Marketing to support governance reviews and compliance activities.
• Maintain inventories of external websites, domains, subdomains, and related digital assets.
• Track approvals, remediation efforts, and operational requirements through completion.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and executive updates for risk governance.
• Respond to audit and regulatory inquiries by gathering information and coordinating partners.
• Support risk management activities including issue monitoring and mitigation planning.
• Assist with special projects and automation initiatives in Technology Risk & Governance.
