Smile Digital Health in the United States seeks a seasoned Technical Product Manager to own and deliver complex healthcare data platform features. You will translate market strategies into actionable development plans and guide engineering through the Smile Product Realization Process.

You’ll partner with market-focused Product Managers, write clear user stories and acceptance criteria, run Scrum ceremonies, and ensure high-value technical delivery with a user-centric mindset.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in technical product management or related fields.
• User-centric mindset throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Experience collaborating with clients, engineers, and cross-functional teams.
• Formal training in product management frameworks preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead products through the Smile Product Realization Process with cross-functional teams.
• Own the backlog, write user stories and acceptance criteria, and plan iterations.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and remove blockers for engineers.
• Translate market strategies into actionable development plans and roadmaps.
• Guide product decisions via user testing and iterative feedback loops.
