Job summary

Utopia seeks a technically strong Architect to translate design intent into fully coordinated, buildable documentation for boutique hospitality assets. You will work across design stages, focusing on technical development from RIBA 3 through construction, ensuring quality and coordination.

You should have 5–10 years in architectural design, a degree in Architecture, and proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD and Navisworks. English fluency is required; remote collaboration is offered globally.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in architectural design.
• Experience on low-rise residential and hospitality projects.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Professional level of English, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical design for high-end hospitality projects with buildability and coordination.
• Develop and manage coordinated Revit models and construction documentation.
• Coordinate architecture with structural, MEP, and interiors using BIM/Navisworks.
• Resolve multidisciplinary clashes and propose practical technical solutions.
• Prepare tender and construction-stage documentation aligned with codes and specs.
• Maintain quality control of models and drawings; flag risks early.
• Support façade and system detailing based on construction logic.
• Collaborate with procurement on technical specifications and materials.
• Support BIM modelers and contribute to internal standards and workflows.
