Job Description
Day‑to‑Day This consultant will support the expansion of a payer client's Conversational AI initiatives by owning multiple use cases from discovery through implementation and post-launch monitoring. Acting as the bridge between business stakeholders, technical teams, analytics teams, and vendor partners, they will identify new opportunities, define use cases, gather requirements, and drive solutions from concept through delivery. On a daily basis, they will lead stakeholder discussions, facilitate discovery and requirements sessions, analyze data needs, identify dependencies, and define how information should flow between internal systems and external vendor platforms. They will work closely with business leaders, engineers, data scientists, analytics teams, and third-party partners to ensure solutions are aligned with business objectives and delivered successfully. This individual will be responsible for translating business challenges into actionable product and technical requirements, prioritizing features and enhancements, managing competing stakeholder requests, and helping guide multiple initiatives through the product development lifecycle. They will play a key role in determining what should be built, how it should function, and how success will be measured. They will also support product performance monitoring by defining KPIs, identifying data sources, developing reporting requirements, and partnering with analytics teams to build dashboards and measure business outcomes. As new Conversational AI use cases are introduced, they will evaluate technical impacts, define integration requirements, and help ensure outputs are delivered back into operational workflows effectively. This role requires someone who can comfortably navigate both technical and business conversations, operate effectively in a highly ambiguous and fast-paced environment, influence stakeholders across a large organization, and independently drive initiatives forward. The ideal candidate combines strong product thinking, data fluency, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to own a use case end-to-end from initial discovery through deployment, adoption, and ongoing optimization.
