Job summary

LG&P is seeking an EST Technology Project Manager to support the Director of Technology and the EST team in the development, manufacturing, and deployment of client projects. You will work with a small, focused team under tight timelines, delivering detailed diagrams, scope docs, and project files in Basecamp/Smartsheets.

The role requires 4–6 years in electronics, strong problem-solving, and the ability to manage multiple projects remotely from Lexington, Kentucky area.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of relevant experience in electronics or retail display/fixture industry.
• Hardware repair: soldering, cable repair; read Gerber files; use multimeter.
• Familiarity with low voltage systems and 120V basics.
• Proficient with Windows, Mac, Android, Linux; MS Office & Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Support the EST team in development, manufacturing, and deployment of client projects.
• Attend project kickoffs and assist with scope, diagrams, and RFQ documents.
• Manage re-orders, repairs, and maintenance projects; track in EST drive.
• Create and maintain project folders; ensure Basecamp/Smartsheets usage.
• Coordinate with PM/AD team; travel as needed (up to 30%).
