Qualifications

• Strong experience in Cloud Architecture, especially AWS.
• Proficiency in Docker and Kubernetes/OpenShift.
• Knowledge of healthcare interoperability standards like FHIR and HL7.
• Familiarity with enterprise integration patterns and data architecture.
• Understanding of Zero Trust security concepts.

Responsibilities

• Define VAEC-aligned architecture and integration strategy.
• Lead integration across VistA, Cerner, and APIs.
• Oversee data flow design and system boundaries.
• Guide ATO boundary definition and control inheritance strategy.
• Provide technical leadership across all engineers.
