Minnesota Connections Academy in Minnesota is seeking a certified Teacher to manage instructional programs from home or our office in St. Paul.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• Strong technology skills with Microsoft OS and MS Office programs.

Responsibilities

• Grade assignments, create progress reports and conduct parent conferences.
• Support the instructional program with asynchronous and synchronous sessions.
• Review curriculum and devise alternate approaches to improve student understanding.
• Communicate with parents, students and teachers to develop Personal Learning Plans and schedules.
• Coordinate field trips and integrate them into curriculum.
• Participate in State Testing organization and administration.
