Job summary

Visa Hunt is seeking a remote Community Manager to nurture the Workspace Studio community and act as a bridge between users and internal teams. You will monitor engagement on Google Chat spaces, Discord, and future forums, ensuring users feel heard and supported while championing user needs.

You will synthesize feedback, report on sentiment and trends, and collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Developer Relations to create helpful content and best practices.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in community management or social media in tech/SaaS.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Experience with Discord, Google Chat, forums.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Engage and moderate community across channels.
