• Execute tasks within IT projects, ensuring timely completion.
• Maintain clear stakeholder communication and alignment.
• Assist in change management activities for smooth transitions.
• Contribute to IT due diligence for private equity evaluations (data, structure, applications).
• Help gather data for multi-year IT strategy roadmaps.
• Assist IT system selection processes by researching providers and assessing vendors.
• Provide PMO support within a structured project framework.
• Assist IT aspects of mergers and acquisitions integrations.
