• Proficiency with EHR systems and prior authorization software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Prior Authorization and Referral department.
• Lead, mentor, and train team members for accuracy and productivity.
• Monitor performance using Epic/Tableau dashboards and forecast staffing needs.
