Job summary

Knowtion Health is seeking a Team Leader II in Learning and Development to guide the Training Team in designing, auditing, and delivering instructional content. The role requires a strong focus on instructional design, regulatory compliance, and leadership to mentor team members while aligning training with operational needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years’ experience in Learning and Development with a focus on Instructional Design.
• RCM experience is required or preferred.
• High level of professionalism and adherence to HIPAA requirements.
• Instructional Design expertise is essential.

Responsibilities

• Create and review instructional design content and Training Team projects before submission to the Director of Training.
• Audit training events for quality and compliance with SOPs, and provide improvement recommendations.
• Lead the Training Team with weekly 1:1 coaching and staff development.
• Analyze class evaluations and recommend improvements for future events.
• Shadow each line of business regularly to ensure training content stays aligned with operations.
• Provide leadership coverage in the absence of the Director and communicate issues proactively.
