Job summary

Quantum Sky is seeking a Team Lead, Application Services to oversee day-to-day development, implementation, and support of our application and cloud services. You will supervise a diverse team, coordinate delivery, and hands-on contribute to design and problem-solving.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 5 to 7 years of experience in IT, including 2+ years in a lead or supervisory capacity within application services or software development.
• Solid experience with software development methodologies (Agile, DevOps) and best practices.
• Familiarity with enterprise application platforms (ERP, CRM, etc.) and integration frameworks.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and coaching skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor a team of application developers, system engineers, and support staff on a day-to-day basis. Set individual and team goals in alignment with direction from the Director, and support performance reviews and professional development.
• Lead the execution of application projects from requirements gathering through implementation and post-launch support, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
• Support the implementation and maintenance of application and cloud architecture that ensures scalability, security, and integration across systems, following standards set at the organization level.
• Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for third-party vendors and service providers, escalating contract or SLA issues to the Director as needed.
• Help manage the team's workload and resource allocation within budget parameters set by the VP of IT.
