Staff Financial Group is seeking a Tax Senior for a fully remote role serving small to mid-sized businesses and individuals. You will prepare and review federal and state returns, manage client engagements through the tax cycle, and communicate directly with clients on questions and planning.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of public accounting tax experience.
• Hands-on experience with small to mid-sized business and individual returns.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• Professional client communication skills.
• CPA is a plus, but not required.
