Job summary

You will prepare and review federal and state returns, conduct tax research, supervise junior staff, and help develop planning strategies for a diverse client portfolio. Strong communicator with tax knowledge is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting (or related field).
• CPA license or actively pursuing CPA.
• 2–5 years of public accounting experience in tax.
• Solid knowledge of federal, state, and local tax regulations.
• Proficient in modern tax software and tech-savvy.
• Strong communicator with collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review federal and state tax returns for individuals, corporations, partnerships, and trusts.
• Conduct tax research and distill complex topics into actionable client insights.
• Manage client engagements, support planning, and supervise junior team members.
• Identify and implement tax planning strategies for a diverse portfolio of clients.
• Build strong client relationships through clear communication and value delivery.
