Jobot seeks an experienced Tax Partner specializing in High Net Worth to join our team in the United States. This role offers remote or hybrid work, equity potential, and a path to partnership. You will lead tax planning, compliance, and advisory services for high-net-worth individuals and families.

Ideal candidates hold a CPA or Master’s in Taxation, 5+ years in tax for HNW clients, and strong communication and business-development skills to grow client relationships and firm capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Master's in Taxation or CPA designation preferred.
• 5+ years in tax, high net worth focus, public accounting or law firm environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax planning and advisory services to high net worth individuals and families.
• Oversee tax compliance including preparation and review of returns and projections.
• Develop tailored tax strategies to minimize liabilities and optimize outcomes.
• Stay updated on tax law developments and advise clients proactively.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and collaborate with partners.
