Topel Forman LLC in Denver seeks an experienced Tax Manager - Investment Partnerships with deep expertise in fund-of-funds taxation, including private equity and hedge fund structures, and U.S. reporting of foreign activities.

The role oversees complex tax compliance engagements, mentors staff, and helps modernize processes and technology-enabled workflows as the practice grows. It is a hybrid role based in Denver with flexibility to work remotely.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent.
• CPA or EA certification required.
• Minimum 5+ years of investment partnership tax experience.
• Strong Excel skills and leadership abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee preparation and review of fund-of-funds partnership tax returns (K-1, K-3).
• Ensure U.S. tax reporting compliance for foreign investments and income.
• Research and resolve federal/state tax matters affecting investment partnerships and their investors.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and mentor staff.
