Levelociti in the San Francisco area is seeking an experienced Senior Tax Associate, Tax Supervisor, or Tax Manager to join our growing CPA team. The role offers strong compensation, leadership responsibility, and a clear path toward Director or Partner with a looser hybrid/remote schedule.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of public accounting experience with a CPA firm.
• Strong preparation, review, tax planning, and client advisory experience.
• Experience managing and mentoring junior staff.
• CPA or EA strongly preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication and client relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive tax planning, advisory, and strategic guidance to clients.
• Prepare and Review complex individual, business, corporate, tax returns.
• Analyze financial information and identify tax planning opportunities.
• Lead year-end and ongoing strategic tax planning initiatives.
• Manage and review the work of junior tax professionals.
• Mentor and develop members of the tax team.
• Stay current on changes in tax regulations and advise clients on potential impacts.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
• Review financial statements and related tax information.
