This full-time, US-based role runs January/February through April 30th, 2027. Requires EA or CPA, 5+ years of paid prep experience, multi-state and complex returns, and strong communication skills. Remote-work experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Active EA or CPA credential and a valid PTIN.
• 5+ years of paid individual tax prep experience with 30+ returns in two seasons.
• Experience with multi-state, self-employment, rental, and investment income.
• Proficient with tax software and virtual client interactions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare individual and business tax returns and meet with clients via video calls.
• Use internal tax software, workflows, and AI-powered review tools.
• Own the end-to-end client experience, including document collection and communications.
• Meet or exceed customer satisfaction and service quality goals.
• Handle complex filings with professional judgment and team support.
• Provide feedback to leadership to improve product and processes.
