This remote position requires a minimum of 2 years of tax preparation experience and a valid credential (CPA/EA/Practicing Attorney). In this role, you will assist clients with their taxes using TurboTax, provide advice, and ensure accurate documentation of interactions. You will work from home and contribute to enhancing customer satisfaction while navigating complex tax issues.

Formación

• Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns.
• Strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws.
• Excited to interact with customers through video and audio tools.

Responsabilidades

• Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products.
• Provide tax advice, full service return preparation, and tax calculations.
• Document interactions to maintain accurate records.
