Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and/or Master’s in Accounting or related field.
• Minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience.
• CPA, EA, and/or JD required.
• Experience managing all aspects of Federal taxation and IRS audits from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Researching Federal tax issues, Case law, and Revenue Rulings for IRS responses.
• Enhancing tax functions through process improvements and technology.
• Collaborating across service lines for integrated tax strategies.
• Representing clients in IRS audits and state tax matters.
• Contributing to practice growth through business development and client presentations.
• Mentoring and developing team members with a focus on technical excellence.
