Job summary

Beshenich Muir & Associates seeks a Task Order Project Manager to oversee large, complex task orders and coordinate with government stakeholders, ensuring schedules and contract requirements are met.

The role requires PMP or equivalent certification, 5 years of project management and leadership in IT/consulting, and an IT-II/ Tier 3 clearance. Fully remote with occasional travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Must possess a Project Management certification (e.g., PMP) or equivalent
• Five (5) years of project management experience in IT/consulting in public/private sector
• Five (5) years of leadership experience in IT/consulting in public/private sector
• Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts degree, or four (4) additional years of related experience in lieu of a degree
• Must possess IT-II Non-Critical Sensitive designation or Tier 3 (T3) background check at proposal submission

Responsibilities

• Serves as the Project Manager for large, complex task orders.
• Assists the Program Manager in coordinating with the Government KO, COR, Task Order Managers, government staff, and customer agency reps.
• Provides overall management and oversight of assigned task orders.
• Ensures technical solutions are implemented per task order requirements.
• Monitors project schedules and ensures timely deliverables.
• Coordinates project activities to support task order execution.
• Facilitates communication among government stakeholders, technical teams, and program leadership.
• Supports the Program Manager in achieving contract performance objectives.
