Better Stack is seeking a proactive recruiter who thrives in a founder-led environment to build a world-class candidate experience. You will scout talent, coordinate the hiring process, and extend offers while acting as the candidate’s voice across the company.

You’ll talk to 20+ new people weekly, balance inbound and outbound sourcing, and collaborate with our co-founders, CTO, and growth team to bring the best people on board in Prague and across Europe and the US.

Qualifikationen

• Scout for new talented colleagues and coordinate the hiring process.
• Talk to many new people every week (20+ intro chats per week) and create genuine connections.
• Balance inbound vs outbound hiring and spot candidates even if they never applied.
• Work with founders, CTO, and teammates on bringing the best people on board remotely in Europe and the US.
• Own the 11-star candidate experience and craft extraordinary employer branding.
• Be the fail‑safe to ensure nothing falls through the cracks in a founder-driven startup.

• Talk to many new people every week (20+ intro chats per week) and create genuine connections.
• Balance inbound vs outbound hiring, learning to spot candidates even if they never applied or may not have direct prior experience.
• Work directly with co-founders, CTO, and teammates on bringing the best people on board on-site in Prague as well as remotely in Europe and the US.
• Be in charge of creating an 11-star candidate experience.
• Craft extraordinary employer branding and make Better Stack an obvious interview choice.
• A great startup culture needs to be founder-driven and you’ll be the fail-safe to make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
