Job summary

Sailor Health is hiring our first Talent Associate to support and scale recruiting across the company, with a focus on provider partnerships and clinical support teams. You will partner with hiring managers, move candidates through interviews, and ensure a smooth candidate experience from first touch to offer.

This is an early‑career, high‑ownership role where you will grow into full-cycle recruiting and even build a recruiting team as Sailor expands.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of recruiting experience.
• Healthcare, clinical, or startup experience a strong plus.
• Ability to support busy stakeholders and manage expectations.
• Proactive in moving candidates through the pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Be the recruiting horsepower behind provider and clinical teams.
• Own the provider and clinical support hiring pipeline.
• Run interviews end-to-end, including scheduling and candidate comms.
• Grow into full-cycle recruiting and team-building over time.
• Contribute to talent infrastructure and processes.
