YO AI Labs is seeking a highly skilled Tagalog-speaking psychologist with a PhD to join our remote team. The role focuses on delivering culturally sensitive, evidence-based mental health care to Tagalog-speaking clients via a secure telehealth platform.

You will conduct assessments, develop personalized treatment plans, and provide individual, couple, and family therapy using CBT, DBT, psychodynamic, and trauma-informed approaches.

Formación

• PhD in Psychology is required.
• Experience delivering evidence-based therapy.
• Proficiency in telehealth service delivery.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct psychological assessments and risk evaluations via telehealth.
• Deliver individual, couples, and family therapy using CBT/DBT/psychodynamic approaches.
• Maintain clinical documentation in compliance with ethical standards.
• Provide crisis intervention and safety planning as needed.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals for integrated care.
• Participate in supervision and professional development.
