Job summary

DaCodes in the United States is seeking a Tableau Product Manager to lead the BI platform for a large-scale data and AI environment. You will govern content architecture, permissions, and the publisher lifecycle, ensuring scalable governance and high-security data access for thousands of users and publishers.

You will diagnose and fix dashboard performance issues, define best practices for a vast community of content authors, and collaborate with engineering to extend Tableau with MCP, skills,

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of Tableau architecture, governance, data sources and permissions.
• Hands-on dashboard performance tuning experience.
• Experience defining and enforcing best practices across a large community of content authors.
• Ability to translate business needs to engineering and vice versa.
• Strong English communication in stakeholder meetings.
• Availability to work Pacific Time hours with overlap with the client team.
• Located in the Americas.

Responsibilities

• Own Tableau content architecture: published data sources, permissions, publisher lifecycle, governance.
• Diagnose and fix dashboard performance issues: slow extracts, inefficient queries, design problems.
• Define and enforce best practices for a large community of content authors, including enablement materials.
• Anticipate demand from different business functions building in Tableau, not just reacting to tickets.
• Explore and implement integrations with Tableau MCP and build/deploy Tableau skills and agent integrations.
• Act as translator between business and engineering to extract the real problem.
