Qualifications

• Proven track record of performance improvements on production systems.
• Ability to commit to 40 hours per week on weekdays.
• Strong written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Guide research and engineering teams to improve AI model performance in systems-level optimization.
• Design tasks across specializations and craft solutions to performance problems.
• Evaluate solutions and provide clear technical feedback.
