Job summary

Sapsol seeks an experienced Systems Engineer – Network Automation & AI to join a remote engineering team during US business hours. You will design, deploy, and scale automated network pipelines, Cisco SD-WAN and Meraki architectures, and AI/LLM-assisted operations.

Collaborating with software developers, network architects, and IT operations, you will integrate Python automation, Ansible playbooks, and GCP networking environments.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional experience in network engineering, systems administration, or infrastructure automation.
• Strong hands-on experience with Cisco SD-WAN, Cisco Meraki, and enterprise routing & switching.
• Deep programming proficiency in Python and configuration management using Ansible.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy advanced network automation frameworks and AI-assisted workflows.
• Implement, configure, and manage Cisco SD-WAN, Cisco Meraki, and core routing/switching environments.
• Develop automation scripts and IaC playbooks using Python and Ansible.
• Build and consume secure REST APIs for programmatic network provisioning, monitoring, and telemetry collection.
• Integrate AI/LLM tools to optimize network troubleshooting and automated remediation.
