Job summary

Maximus is seeking a System Test Engineer to support USAF mission needs with analytical test planning and documentation. The role covers manual and automated testing across unit, integration, functional, and end-to-end levels.

A TS/SCI clearance with CI poly is required, and travel up to 20% may be needed. The position is remote within the United States; a Bachelor's degree is required, with Master’s potentially substituting for two years of experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required (Master's may substitute for 2 years).
• 5 years of recent and relevant experience in preparing, conducting, and documenting various systems tests to verify system operability and compliance.
• 3 years of experience with bug tracking software (e.g., Jira).
• 3 years of experience testing web-based applications.
• Experience testing RESTful interfaces and cloud testing.

Responsibilities

• Provide analytical support for test planning, development of test documents and procedures.
• Perform manual and automated testing: unit, integration, functional, and end-to-end tests.
• Analyze and document test results and assist in defining requirements.
