Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of demonstrated experience in insurance claims investigations.
• Working knowledge of anti-fraud laws and insurance regulations.
• Ability to type 40+ words per minute with minimum error.

Responsibilities

• Investigate insurance claims for various coverage types.
• Gather information through data collection, interviews, and research.
• Develop and document information in a professional manner.

Skills

Ability to be properly licensed as a Private Investigator

Flexibility to work varied and irregular hours

Proficient in utilizing laptop computers and cell phones

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice

Associate’s degree in Criminal Justice with 4+ years experience

High school diploma with 6+ years experience
