Qualifications

• Experience with common Transportation Management (TMS), and Vehicle Routing and Scheduling (VRS) systems.

Responsibilities

• Determines opportunities to automate, standardize and support business processes across the unit and technologies.
• Develops and supports reporting and analytics to deliver cost and productivity savings.
• Develops KPIs and standardized reporting/dashboards as per business needs.
• Creates SOPs and training materials for technologies and provides ongoing training.
• Audits master data and ensures proper procedures are followed; leads technical meetings.
