Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Supply Chain Analytics Consultant in the United States to help clients resolve complex supply chain challenges through data-driven insights and advanced analytics. You will work with stakeholders across inventory, demand, and supply planning to drive operational excellence.

The role emphasizes collaboration with analytics teams and technology partners, leveraging Kinaxis RapidResponse and SAP to deliver measurable business value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, operations, engineering, business, analytics or related field.
• Extensive experience in supply chain planning and analytics with strong expertise in Inventory Management, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Allocation, and Optimization.
• Hands-on experience with Kinaxis RapidResponse and SAP supply chain planning solutions.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes and the application of analytics to improve operational performance.
• Experience gathering business requirements, performing data analysis, and delivering actionable business insights to stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work effectively across business and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients to identify, analyze, and solve complex supply chain challenges using data and analytics.
• Develop insights and recommendations across Inventory Management, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Allocation, and Optimization.
• Leverage Kinaxis RapidResponse and SAP to improve planning effectiveness and inventory performance.
• Translate business requirements into analytical models, dashboards, and actionable recommendations delivering measurable value.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support supply chain transformation initiatives and technology implementations.
