• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s program in Business Management, Sales, Marketing, Communications, or related field; anticipated graduation Dec 2027 or May 2028.
• GPA of 3.0+ preferred.
• Proactive, take ownership of work.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication.
• Ability to build trust-based relationships.
• Ability to present to diverse audiences.
• Excellent multitasking and time management to meet deadlines.
• Comfort with numbers and financial data analysis, including margins and pricing.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a 12-week summer internship with hands-on field sales experience alongside local sales teams.
• Lead strategic projects aligned with your studies and present outcomes to senior leadership.
• Support distributor and operator events, assisting with on-the-ground sales activities.
• Engage operators through food shows, distributor meetings, and product sampling.
• Build cross-functional relationships within the company and with customers to drive sales growth.
• Contribute to sales strategy development and market analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Participate in ongoing training to enhance understanding of sales processes and industry dynamics.
• Work remotely with required travel to in-person sales events and meetings; travel will be compensated.
