Qualifications

• Marketing research and analysis with the ability to recognize and identify key metrics.
• Marketing communication with the ability to develop impactful written customer communications.
• Experience in virtual, cross-functional collaboration.
• Comfortable speaking with and presenting to current and prospective customers.
• Well-organized and able to prioritize.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Self-motivated and able to hold oneself accountable in a virtual environment.
• Strong Salesforce, Excel, Word and PPT skills.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify opportunities to grow locations and services within existing customer base.
• Collaborate on event planning, including pre- and post-event communications to target customers.
• Data management: lead tracking and Salesforce reporting.
• Market research and segmentation analysis for key verticals.
• CRM hygiene and data enrichment (Salesforce).
