Job summary

Indiana Digital Learning School is seeking a remote Substitute Middle School Math Teacher to deliver course content online and support student learning from home. You will monitor progress, adapt instruction to student needs, and collaborate with families and coaches to reach set goals.

Strong state certification and ability to travel for occasional in-person events are preferred. This is a contract/temporary hourly role with immediate start and ~40 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Background check required and able to clear it.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and teaching platforms.

Responsibilities

• Deliver synchronous and asynchronous online math instruction.
• Monitor and support student progress using the LMS.
• Communicate with students and learning coaches to support goals.
• Travel occasionally for in-person events as required.
