Job summary

Solventum seeks a Raw Substance Data Analyst to manage compliance workload, oversee dangerous goods and sample shipments, and drive data quality for substance records. You will support supplier-level Real_Substance_E records, train stakeholders, and ensure accurate governance of raw material data.

The role involves remote work in the US with up to 10% travel. Legal work authorization is required; compensation ranges from $85,200 to $117,150 plus benefits per year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with 2 years in product stewardship or related fields.
• 2 years creating or remediating chemical data.
• 2 years with SAP/ERP/regulatory/master data systems.
• Experience reviewing SDS or supplier declarations.

Responsibilities

• Managing assigned operational compliance workload with accurate status and timely follow-through.
• Leading dangerous goods and sample shipment activities with proper documentation.
• Driving data quality and process improvements across raw substance records.
• Supporting Real_Substance_E records with guidance, training, and issue resolution.
• Using SAP S/4HANA to create and maintain raw substance data under governance.
