LILT is seeking experienced professionals to support a cutting-edge AI benchmarking project. You will act as a Technical SME with localization fluency, capable of refactoring and verifying code within sandboxed environments while applying deep contextual domain knowledge.

The role focuses on designing scenarios, adapting rubrics, and evaluating AI and human outputs for accuracy, quality, and cultural relevance across target locales and domains.

Qualifications

• Native-level target language with strong professional English proficiency.
• 5+ years of professional experience in the target domain.
• Background in domain-relevant roles (technical/scientific/corporate).
• Ability to understand, refactor and verify code in a sandboxed environment.

Responsibilities

• Design realistic scenarios in your target language or English grounded in operational contexts.
• Adapt structured evaluation rubrics.
