Job summary

Young Life in the U.S. invites you to the Student Staff II program, combining training with field ministry to participate in impactful Young Life work.

Ministry Functions include Spiritual Development, Leadership Development, Resource Development, Direct Ministry, and Ministry Support, with opportunities to work with area leadership, raise donor support, recruit volunteers, lead clubs and campaigns, and help with camp planning.

Qualifications

• Proven relational skills with both kids and adults.
• Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Participate in spiritual development and leadership training within Young Life.
• Support area leadership by recruiting and training volunteers and building a leadership team.
• Assist with camp fundraisers and donor relations as part of resource development.
